Dr. Elmer B. de Leon (AVPAA) was invited to witness the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) 2019 Awards Night on June 20, 2019 at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila with the theme: Building a Culture of Excellence and Social Responsibility. This annual soiree was delighted with the awarding of Outstanding Professionals, Professional Regulatory Boards and Professional Organizations of the Year and the Eric Nubla Excellence Award. Present in the said celebration were the PRC Commissioners, PRBs, Accredited Professional Organizations and other government dignitaries with Hon. Lucas Bersamin, Chief Justice, as guest of honor.
