This workshop was designed to empower new leaders to become catalysts of positive change in their respective organizations by enhancing their knowledge and skills in organizational leadership and management. Moreover, it intended to provide participants a holistic view of their responsibilities, and how they can optimize their performance through coaching and mentoring.

The student representatives from Olivarez College included: Mr. Roy Warren Fernandez (1st year), Joniel Aunzo (2nd year), Paolo Dela Cruz (3rd year), Quinn Sumawang, and Kyle Fajardo (3rd year).  To note, the students extended their great elation and commendation to the organizers and sponsors for bringing the best leadership potentials in them. True enough, this worthy and rare experience and opportunity would bring them closer to the realization of their career move and aspirations.

“This training has helped me realize my weaknesses and uncertainties while opened my mind on self-redirection and further improvement.  A one of the best training that I ever had in my entire student life directed us to put into practice the theories and concepts of our course.” expressed Kyle Cain Fajardo, BSHM 3rd year representative.
