Dr. Elmer B. de Leon (AVPAA) was inducted by Hon. Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. (Chairman, Professional Regulation Commission) and attested by Honorable Commissioners and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee, as First Alternate Member for Professional Teachers representing a professional organization on October 06, 2020 via MS Teams.
During the virtual oath taking, Hon. Yolanda D. Reyes, Oversight Commissioner for CPD, Hon. Jose Y. Cueto, Jr. and Hon. Pilando, Jr. delivered their messages for the inductees; while Hon. Bernadette M. Reyes, Program Manager of CPD Program Management Committee had her closing remarks that ended with her warmth commendation and welcoming of the inductees to the PRC CPD Academy family.
To note, the councils that had the oathtaking were Accountancy, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Midwifery and Professional Teachers, respectively. Dr. De Leon was lone inductee representing the Professional Teachers Council. Sworn oath document, formal notice and certificate of appointment were handed to the inductees as testament of the said induction rites.
