Pouring of joy and sense of accomplishment filled the Olivarez College Coliseum when 1,500 Dr. Pablo R. Olivarez Senior High School students received their graduation diplomas during the 2nd Commencement Exercises with the theme: “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All” on March 26-27, 2019.
There were 517 students from the Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), 202 from the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), 320 from the Technical Vocational-Livelihood (TVL-Culinary), 276 from the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and 185 from the General Academic Strand (GAS).
Kristel S. Beltran (STEM), Joniel O. Aunzo (TVL-Culinary), Angel B. Cabreros (HUMSS) and Kristine Rey B. Torres (ABM) delivered the over-all honors’ address while Dr. Maria Magdalena M. Lim, CESO V, Superintendent, City Division Schools, Parañaque City, Dr. Arlyn M. Brigola, Program Supervisor I, City Division Schools, Parañaque City, Dr. Karen Lee Tamayo, Former Vice President for Academic Affairs UPHR Las Piñas, and Dr. Leah E. Gustilo, School Directress, CBC Christian School of Muntinlupa, served as commencement speakers for four sets of graduation exercises.
